Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (Marketing & Lead Generation) to join our on-site team in Agra.

This role involves driving new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies with business objectives.

You'll play a key role in identifying potential clients, creating impactful proposals, and supporting digital campaigns that generate measurable success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and pursue potential business opportunities and partnerships.

Generate qualified leads through both online and offline marketing initiatives.

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and advertising platforms.

Design marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools to support promotional activities.

Track campaign performance, prepare analytical reports, and share insights with management.

Maintain CRM records, follow up on proposals, and ensure timely client communication.

Collaborate with the operations, HR, and Admin teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

0–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or digital campaigns.

Strong skills in lead generation, business development, and client relationship management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Proven experience in account management or client servicing.

Working knowledge of Canva, social media management, and online advertising tools.

Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience in the digital marketing industry will be considered an advantage.

Additional Information

Location : Agra (On-site)

Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary : ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month
