About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a go-getter attitude and proven
experience in SaaS sales . The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of driving revenue
growth, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals in a start-up or fast-paced environment .
You will play a key role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and helping them see
the value of our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for SaaS products.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools.
Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and SaaS industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development roles.
Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
