About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a go-getter attitude and proven

experience in SaaS sales . The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of driving revenue

growth, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals in a start-up or fast-paced environment .

You will play a key role in building relationships, understanding client needs, and helping them see

the value of our SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for SaaS products.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and SaaS industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development roles.
  • Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
