Job Description
We are looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the solar industry , specifically in rooftop solar sales . The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean energy, confident in customer interactions, and capable of driving conversions in residential and commercial segments.
Key responsibilities :
Generate leads and convert prospects for rooftop solar projects in Bangalore.
Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and suggest suitable solar solutions.
Explain technical features, benefits, pricing, and ROI to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team for project execution.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements :
Minimum 6 months of experience in solar sales (rooftop systems preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work on-field and meet potential customers.
Good understanding of solar rooftop systems and basic technical knowledge.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the Bangalore region.
