Job description / Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall running of the sales team.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a companys customer base and solidify its presence.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses.
• Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners.
• Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and upselling solutions.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Managing the sales process through specific software Should have 5-8 years of experience in B2C field sales.
• Should have min 3 years of team-handling Any Engineer Background / MBA preferred.

Language Known : Hindi, English and Telugu.
