We’re looking for a Product Compliance Leader to manage our growing team in India and to help out build and improve our Wise products in a compliant way in India. This role is a first line Compliance role, giving you a unique opportunity to advise and work closely with our India Product Team and have an impact on

Wise’s mission .

You, together with the team in India, will be responsible for :

Compliantly creating and improving our amazing products in India :

Deeply understand regulatory needs, translate this into solutions and work together with the Product Teams to build compliant new products and services

• in a customer oriented way;

Perform regulatory analysis of new products and services, and ensure controls are implemented appropriately prior to launch.

Regulatory risk and remediation :

In collaboration with second line Compliance and Risk, identify and align on the main regulatory risks in India. Present this in a very clear and understandable way to the wider teams, to work with them on defining the solutions and how this should be executed.

Third party relationships :

Provide input on regulatory related matters, always representing Wise customer-oriented culture while ensuring compliance.

This role will give you the opportunity to :

Keep compliance right at the heart of the product development cycle, in a fast-moving environment

Be empowered to identify ‘regulatory problems’ and opportunities and take a lead in the solution design and implementation
