About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer to join our remote development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka , along with solid experience in telecom and networking domains . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services and APIs that drive our core systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java / Core Java .
• Build and manage microservices using Spring Boot architecture.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication across systems.
• Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL and MQL .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Work on Linux environments for development and deployment activities.
• Apply strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills to complex technical challenges.
