Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for experienced professionals in relationship management and e-commerce operations in the pet food manufacturing sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with pet food manufacturers , overseeing e-commerce operations, creating and implementing marketing strategies, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring ethical practices are followed in all interactions. Additionally, they will support in developing training programs and provide expert advisory support.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management skills, with experience in managing stakeholder interactions
• Proficiency in e-commerce operations and digital commerce platforms
• Marketing strategy development and implementation experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in the pet food manufacturing industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
