L3 Azure Engineer

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform advanced Azure administration and troubleshooting tasks at the L3 support level.
• Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including session hosts, host pools, and user profiles.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex networking and security issues within Azure.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Azure CLI to streamline cloud operations.
• Handle incident management, including escalations and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with L1 / L2 support teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Participate in capacity planning, patch management, and security compliance activities.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
