We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic professional to support our executive leadership team. This role requires excellence in calendar management, travel coordination, and stakeholder engagement with global clients, vendors, and business leaders.

You’ll be the backbone of our executive operations ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and strategic support across key initiatives.

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate international travel logistics.
• Conduct market research and prepare executive-level presentations or reports.
• Build and nurture relationships with global stakeholders clients, vendors, and industry leaders.
• Oversee logistics for high-level meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring flawless execution.
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Proactively anticipate executive needs and support strategic business initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment across all functions.

1. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

2. Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

3. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to manage relationships and navigate sensitive situations.

4. Independent, resourceful, and decisive with excellent problem-solving skills.

5. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must, knowledge of Zoho Books is an added advantage.
