Business Analyst - Corporate Client Onboarding

Position Summary : The Business Analyst for the Corporate Client Onboarding Portal will play a crucial role in analysing business requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of the portal and will act as a liaison between Business and Information technology stakeholders in order to understand the business goals and objectives by eliciting and detailing the requirements for new projects. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders in gather requirements, document processes, and support the development team in delivering a high-quality product.

Responsibilities Requirement Gathering :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the Client Onboarding Portal.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs and pain points.
• Gather Business & non-functional requirements and conduct feasibility studies of implementing IT solution.
