Senior Executive – CRM
Experience : 3–6 years in customer service, collections, or documentation in real estate
Role Overview
Execute day-to-day post-sales activities including banking coordination, collection follow-ups, registration documentation, and possession scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare demand letters and track installment collections.
- Coordinate with banks for loan disbursements and payment tracking.
- Assist customers with registration and possession formalities.
- Update customer data and maintain communication logs in ERP.
- Respond promptly to customer calls and emails.
- Generate MIS reports for management and audits.
- Coordinate for NOCs, dues clearance, and handover readiness.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Assistant Manager – CRM.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in Commerce or Business Administration. 3–6 years of experience in real estate or customer service. Understanding of banking, registration, and possession processes. Proficiency in CRM ERP and MS Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Languages : English and Marathi.
