Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in kochi / Kannur / kottayam. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential markets and customers, generating leads, and building and maintaining relationships.Involves appointing & managing Business Associates who inturn market carious financial products of Shriram group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
