Appointment Setting Manager
to oversee our global team of meeting setters and ensure our sales team consistently receives high-quality, sales-ready meetings.
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership :
Direct and coach a team of appointment setters who engage U.S. prospects through cold outreach.
Pipeline Growth :
Build and refine strategies for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting booking to maximize conversions.
Performance Oversight :
Track key metrics (calls, meetings booked, attendance rates, etc.) and push the team to exceed goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to align messaging and outreach campaigns.
Coaching & Training :
Provide hands-on guidance to sharpen communication, objection handling, and outreach consistency.
Tools & Systems :
Ensure proper use of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) for lead tracking and data hygiene.
Continuous Optimization :
Improve scripts, workflows, and market-specific tactics tailored for North American SMB clients.
Reporting :
Deliver weekly performance updates and improvement strategies to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience :
At least 5 years working in appointment setting with a focus on U.S. prospects.
Leadership Background :
2+ years managing or leading teams within an appointment setting / cold calling function.
Industry Knowledge :
Familiarity with digital marketing and its value proposition for SMBs.
Exceptional Communication :
Fluent English, both spoken and written, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Tech-Savvy :
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, dialers, and reporting dashboards.
Analytical Mindset :
Ability to assess team performance, optimize processes, and improve conversion rates.
Time Zone Flexibility :
Comfortable working during U.S. business hours or providing significant overlap.
