The Role : Lead Generation & Digital Growth Architect
You will be the architect and driver of our global digital presence, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital campaigns to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for our Cybersecurity SaaS platform. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, creative campaign execution, and a deep understanding of the complex, long B2B buying cycles typical of the cybersecurity industry.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Ownership
- Full-Funnel Management : Design, implement, and manage comprehensive digital campaigns across all channels (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email, Display) focused on attracting key personas (CISOs, IT Directors, Security Analysts).
- Paid Media Optimization : Own the budget and performance of all paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), rigorously A / B testing ad copy and landing pages to maximize conversion rates and minimize Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Marketing Automation : Develop advanced lead nurturing streams and behavioral-triggered email campaigns within our Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to progress MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
SEO & Web Performance
Technical SEO : Lead the strategy for search engine optimization, focusing on technical health, schema markup, and content clustering to rank for high-value cybersecurity keywords.
CRO & UX : Continuously analyze and optimize the user journey on the website, conducting split tests on landing pages and key conversion points to improve lead capture and demo requests.
Content Alignment : Collaborate with content and product teams to ensure all digital assets (white papers, webinars, case studies) are structured and promoted effectively to address specific buyer pain points and compliance needs.
Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management
Data-Driven Decisions : Establish and report on crucial digital KPIs, including MQL to SQL conversion rates, lead source attribution, website traffic, and overall campaign ROI.Data Integrity : Ensure robust tracking and accurate attribution across the entire marketing technology stack (MarTech) to provide the executive team with reliable insights into digital marketing performance.Budgeting : Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, forecasting expenses and recommending reallocation of spend based on real-time performance data.Non-Negotiable Requirements
B2B SaaS Experience : 4+ years of dedicated Digital Marketing experience, with a focus on B2B lead generation.Industry Context : Proven experience marketing a Cybersecurity, compliance, or highly technical IT SaaS product.PPC Mastery : Expert proficiency in managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns on major B2B platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).Analytics Proficiency : Deep expertise with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) and translating complex data into clear, actionable marketing strategies.MarTech Stack : Hands-on experience with a major Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM integration.Highly Desired Expertise (A Strong Advantage)
