Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in North Goa. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, sales of high end Villas as well as apartments, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include establishing relationships across markets with CP's, meeting potential partners and overseeing sales operations etc.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales Strategy development
Strong client relationship management and communication skills
Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
