Graphic Designer (AI Tools Focused)

About the Role We're seeking a creative graphic designer who is passionate about leveraging AI-powered design tools to create exceptional visual content. The ideal candidate should either have hands-on experience with AI design tools or demonstrate strong eagerness to master emerging AI technologies in graphic design alongside our team.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media using both traditional and AI-assisted design tools

Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, AI design innovations, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Design content for company's pamphlets, brochures, social media creatives, website, etc.

Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver assets on time and prior to deadlines

Demonstrate strong grasp of foundational graphics design skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

1-3 years of experience in graphic design

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

Experience with or strong willingness to learn AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Photoshop AI features, or similar platforms)

Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

Portfolio of work demonstrating design versatility

Required Skills

Hard Skills :

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw

Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (preferred) or demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new technologies

Knowledge of graphic design principles

Proven track record of designing for brands

Deadline oriented

Fluency in verbal & written English communication

Research & quick online learning skills

Training & Development The candidate will be trained on :

Package Range : ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills & experience)
