Key Responsibilities :
- Develop engaging and innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print media including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and more
- Collaborate with teams including Marketing, Content Creation, and Product Development to understand project goals and deliver impactful visuals
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints
- Produce high-quality graphics that align with design guidelines while staying modern and visually fresh
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices and apply them to enhance design output
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and offer new ideas for visual communication
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Edit and retouch images and adjust layouts to improve visual quality
- Work with printers, photographers, illustrators, and other creatives for successful project delivery
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projectsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principlesStrong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design conceptsHigh attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a teamReceptive to feedback and revisionsKnowledge of UI / UX and web design is a plusExperience with motion graphics or video editing is a bonusFamiliarity with branding and marketing concepts is an advantageBenefits :
