Plant Head – Bakery Production
Location : Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Experience : Minimum 8-12 years in bakery production
Education : Degree in Food Technology, Food Science & Technology, or a related field
Key Responsibilities :
Production Planning & Execution : Ensure smooth production flow while optimizing resource utilization.
Material & Inventory Management : Oversee procurement and stock control to maintain efficiency and reduce wastage.
Manufacturing & Process Control : Implement and monitor SOPs to maintain quality and efficiency in production.
Team Leadership & Training : Lead a team and foster a high-performance culture.
Quality & Compliance : Ensure adherence to FSSAI and food safety standards in production.
New Product Development : Work closely with R&D to develop and introduce new bakery products.
Process Improvement : Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Bakery Production Expertise – Strong knowledge of bakery manufacturing, ingredient functionalities, and industrial production processes.
Technical Acumen – Understanding of baking technologies, raw material interactions, and shelf-life extension techniques.
Leadership & Team Management – Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
Operational Excellence – Experience in SOP creation, adherence, and continuous process improvement.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Quick thinker with hands-on problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced production environment.
