Experience : - Min 5 Yrs

Location : - Bangalore

Notice Period : - Immediate Joiners

Shift timings and working days : - Rotational Shifts / 6 Days

Communication : - Good comm skills

Must be CCNA certified

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Cisco products like switches, routers, Access points and firewalls
• Working knowledge of checkpoint / Palo Alto / cisco ASA / Juniper firewalls
• Knowledge on advanced Routing protocols, QOS, HSRP, GLBP
• Knowledge on switching, VTP,STP etc
• Manage tickets & 2nd level support
• Ensure the availability and continuity of network services in accordance with our contractual commitments (SLA);
• optimize the network performance and ensure adequate capacity planning.
• Perform regular assessment and tuning for the services & sites under his responsibility.
• troubleshoot network problems; escalate issues to vendor.
