Qualifications & Requirements :

Ph.D. in Political Science / related field or a Master’s degree in Political Science with NET / SET qualification

Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in higher education

A strong academic and research background with publications in indexed journals

Well-connected with academic and industry networks for collaboration and knowledge exchange

Experience in curriculum development, student mentoring, and interdisciplinary engagement is desirable

Candidates from reputed institutions with a proven track record in teaching and research will be given preference
