About the Role

As an HR Officer, you will support the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and development. This is an opportunity to build careers, foster culture, and support SCG’s commitment to people-first growth .

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding programs.
• Support employee engagement, CSR activities, and internal communications.
• Organize training and track development plans.
• Handle HR records, contracts, and HRIS updates.
• Support payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
• Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries.
