Role : Artist Relation Manager
Location : Okhla Phase 2,New Delhi
Experience : 3-5 years in artist management, talent relations, media / entertainment, or sales
Employment Type : Full-time
Salary : Upto 7.2 LPA depending on the candidature
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard artists smoothly and ensure high-quality profiles.
- Pitch and sell subscription plans (Economy, Premium, Elite), driving conversions from free to paid memberships.
- Build long-term relationships with artists (musicians, comedians, dancers, anchors, etc.).
- Educate artists on premium features that boost visibility and bookings.
- Audit / update artist profiles for quality and discoverability.
- Collaborate with Client Relations, Marketing, and Product teams to align supply, campaigns, and platform improvements.
- Lead a small team, track funnel metrics, and refine sales strategies.
Requirements
3-5 years in artist / talent management, entertainment, or consultative sales.Excellent communication (English; Hindi / regional languages a plus).Negotiation, CRM, and sales experience.Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and empathy toward artist needs.Familiarity with the entertainment / talent ecosystem and social media.Benefits
