We are seeking an experienced Art Manager to contribute to innovative game art design throughout the production cycle.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with illustrators, animators, and other artists to ensure the highest quality of visual elements and creative content.

This role will involve overseeing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that the artistic vision aligns with both the project s objectives and client expectations.

Highly motivated and self-organized member who has zeal to manage a passionate and creative team.
Possesses advanced and applied understanding of artistic skills (colour, form, perspective, layout and sketch)
High level of competency in delivering outcomes and a good understanding of the digital environment that they operate within.
Good English, communication skills.
Adaptive behavior.
Responsible and flexible in undertaking tasks.
Demonstrates integrity & organizational behavior.

What Were Looking For

A bachelor s degree in Art, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

8+ years of experience in an art-related role, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership position.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design or art styles and skills.

Expertise in industry-standard creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk 3ds Max, Esoteric Spine, and Maya)

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback to the team.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
