Shift Timings : 3 : 00 PM to 12 : 00 AM

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP QM (Quality Management) Functional Analyst with 8+ years of dedicated experience. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the SAP QM functional area, responsible for the end-to-end process from requirement gathering and solution design to implementation and ongoing support. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality of business processes and will require a deep understanding of SAP configuration and functional capabilities. The position is based in our Navi Mumbai office with a late-afternoon shift to facilitate global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Implementation : Lead and participate in the entire application lifecycle, from in-depth business requirement gathering and blueprinting to designing, configuring, and implementing comprehensive SAP QM solutions.
Configuration & Customization : Perform hands-on configuration within the SAP QM module. This includes setting up master data, quality planning, quality inspection, quality control, and notifications to meet specific business needs.
Functional & Technical Support : Provide expert functional and technical support for the SAP QM module. This involves troubleshooting issues, analyzing defects, and collaborating with technical teams to devise effective solutions.
Process Optimization : Analyze existing business processes and provide recommendations for improvement using SAP QM functionalities. You will be responsible for ensuring that all quality management processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with industry best practices.
Documentation & Training : Create and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation. You will also be responsible for providing training to end-users and other support teams to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new processes.
Integration : Ensure seamless integration between the SAP QM module and other core SAP modules, such as SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP QM Functional Analyst.

Proven expertise in the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration.

Strong knowledge of SAP QM master data, quality planning, inspection, and notifications.

The ability to provide comprehensive functional and technical support.

A deep understanding of how the SAP QM module integrates with other SAP modules.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
