FNZ Group - Java Technical Lead

Job Purpose :

The Technical Leader leads a team of Software Engineers, Software S and QA Engineers.

He / she is responsible for and coordinates the development and maintenance of critical business applications for the fund and banking industry in an agile environment, with a focus on investment account management / tax functionalities.

The position includes functional and technical coordination with other areas such as Product Management, Support and Operations.

The operational and consistent implementation of corporate and divisional goals, as well as the continuous development and promotion of employees in their own team are the main tasks of the Team Lead Product Development.

This role requires an agile mindset and serves as a role model for a modern corporate and management tasks of the position :

• Disciplinary and technical management of the team.
