Production Manager (Spiral) – Sealing Solutions

Overview :

We are looking for a results-oriented and dynamic Production Manager (Spiral) to lead and manage end-to-end plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in press shop, stamping, fabrication, and assembly processes, with proven experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing setups. This role requires a strategic production leader with excellent planning and execution capabilities to achieve delivery targets, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure process discipline. The position demands a proactive approach to driving productivity, minimizing downtime, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities :

Oversee complete plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and dispatch.

Possess a strong background in press shop, stamping, fabrication, and assembly processes.

Demonstrate proven experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing setups.

Plan, organize, and execute production schedules to meet delivery targets.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and process discipline.

Lead, train, and motivate production teams for improved performance and efficiency.

Monitor productivity, reduce downtime, and drive cost and waste reduction initiatives.

Coordinate with other departments for material planning, maintenance, and logistics.

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements :

Education : Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience : 10–15 years total experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or plant in-charge role.

Hands-on experience with press machines, stamping tools, fabrication, and assembly line operations.

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and Kaizen practices.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Must be capable of managing plant operations independently.

Preferred Candidate Locations : Pune / Hubli / Belgaum.
