About the Role : Project Manager (Freelance)
We are looking for a hands-on project manager to drive day-to-day coordination for an ongoing clinical research program and related regulatory submissions. You'll own timelines, keep docs audit-ready, and make sure clinicians, vendors, and internal teams stay in sync. This is a great fit for a product or project manager who wants meaningful healthcare work with full remote flexibility.
What will you be doing
- Build and run the project plan across research and regulatory workstreams
- Coordinate with investigators, site staff, data teams, and vendors to unblock issues fast
- Draft submission-ready packs for ethics and regulators. Prepare forms, cover letters, annexures, responses to queries, amendments, and continuing review files
- Prepare, version, and track study documents : protocol, ICF, CRFs, training decks, logs, trackers
- Support ethics submissions, site approvals, and study start-up activities
- Maintain risk, action, decision, and issue registers with clear owners and dates
- Drive weekly standups and status reports with crisp follow-ups
- Oversee data collection readiness, source doc checklists, and file naming controls
- Keep a clean document repository with access control and change history
Background and experience
3 to 7 years in project or program management with at least 1 to 2 years in healthcare research or digital healthStrong coordination skills and bias for action. You chase clarifications, close loops, and move the plan forwardWorking knowledge of clinical research operations, site workflows, and ethics processesFamiliarity with Indian health regulatory submissions is a plusClear written and verbal communication. You can turn complex threads into simple actionsComfortable building trackers and reports in Google Sheets or ExcelProficiency with tools like Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, and one of : Asana, Trello, Notion, Jira, or ClickUpNice to have : experience with medical devices or wearable-based studies, basic understanding of data protection and consent flowsHow we work
