Kinaxis Planning Consultant

Job TItle : Kinaxis Planning Consultant (Supply Chain / S&OP / Aurora Project)

job Duration : 6 months

Job Location : Remote India

Must be flexible with work hours

2-3 years of using Kinaxis (minimum) – would love someone to have configuration experience

Will be doing validations, functional testing, root cause analysis

Key Responsibilities

Support Kinaxis RapidResponse setup, testing, and validation

Help check data accuracy between Kinaxis and SAP systems

Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Identify and help fix system or data issues (root cause analysis)

Work with business users and IT teams to resolve planning problems

Support training materials and user documentation

Provide assistance during cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (must-have)

Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or S&OP

Experience with functional testing or UAT

Understanding of SAP APO or IBP (preferred)

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Able to work flexible hours across different time zones

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

Kinaxis configuration or model setup experience

Experience in global rollout or transformation projects

Knowledge of forecasting models and data analysis

Exposure to training or change management activities
