The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls and emails.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase lead generation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
