Location : 81 / 1, 2nd Floor, Aurobindo Tower, Sri Aurobindo Marg, Adchini, Malviya Nagar

Experience : Freshers

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating when necessary.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and data in a well-organized and accessible manner.
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Support risk and issue management by tracking potential obstacles and proposing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project standards.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.G., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Jira, or similar).
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • PMP or CAPM certification (preferred but not required).
