We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Network Engineer - Implementation Expert to manage and execute advanced IT networking and security projects. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing network solutions that meet client needs while ensuring robust security measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, proven project management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in diverse client environments.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement : Travel to client sites to assess network requirements, design appropriate solutions, and carry out implementations. Perform thorough evaluations of existing infrastructure to identify client needs.

Network Design And Implementation

• Design : Develop network architectures and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Implementation : Deploy network systems and components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Configuration And Optimization

Testing and Validation : Conduct rigorous testing and validation of network setups to confirm functionality, performance, and alignment with client requirements.

Troubleshooting and Support : Diagnose and resolve network issues encountered during and after implementation. Provide ongoing support to maintain system stability and client satisfaction.

Documentation : Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, installation processes, and client-specific instructions. Ensure all changes and updates are accurately recorded.

Compliance and Standards : Ensure all network implementations adhere to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Project Coordination : Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of network solutions, within budget, and according to project specifications.
