Schedules and facilitate TA assessments, courses, programs, and support services to help candidates / employees show and improve their job knowledge and skills. (Start with either Procedure Writing and Quality First assessments, expand based on capabilities and availability).

Job Description :

• Strong ability to pay attention to details & plan and conduct effective business conversations and communications (convey and comprehend messages) in English (both verbal and written)
• Facilitate training and communicate information and ideas so that others will understand and learn
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Basic experience with performance management principles and customer service best practices
• Good communication skills, professional, open, patient
• Positive, aligns with company culture, could handle work pressure
