The Goal

As the Regional Financial Controller for India, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of local financial reporting, overseeing internal controls, and providing strategic financial leadership. This position will report directly to the Group Financial Controller based in London and will work closely with senior management, as well as cross-functional teams, to drive financial efficiency in India.

The Regional Financial Controller for India will be the sole finance professional based in the country. The role requires a hands-on approach from a self-driven individual.

What You'll Be Doing

Financial Reporting & Analysis :

• Oversee and manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (IND-AS), tax regulations, and local statutory requirements.
