About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist at SCG India, you will be responsible for building the brand, executing demand-generation campaigns, and supporting sales with compelling narratives and tools. This is a role where creativity, strategy, and execution meet , giving you the chance to shape SCG’s image in India and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns that enhance SCG’s visibility and market positioning.Create promotional content, case studies, and sales tools that communicate SCG’s value to customers.Lead digital marketing initiatives , including social media, online campaigns, and performance tracking.Organize customer events, trade fairs, and exhibitions to showcase SCG solutions.Conduct market research to understand customer insights, industry trends, and competitor movements.Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.Support internal and external communication programs, including employer branding initiatives.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.0–4 years of experience in marketing; exposure to B2B or construction-related industries is a plus.Strong skills in content development, communication, and project coordination.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms is an advantage.New graduates with ambition and learning agility are welcome to apply.Career Development
