Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi, India, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist with vast experiences in the inbound tour operation industry / DMC. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include client communication, sales training, and overseeing sales management processes. The role also entails collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct sales Training sessions
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Tamil is an advantage
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism or related field
