About the Role : We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in network engineering, security, and infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our enterprise network. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining network solutions that support business needs while following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understanding of different network topologies.
• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points (Wi-Fi), and Network Access Control (NAC) solutions.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of network services across the organization.
• Configure and maintain firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA ) and ensure network security best practices are implemented.
• Manage Wi-Fi networks, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize wireless performance.
• Hands on the policy, rules, and routing configuration on firewall and switches
• Hands on for the IPSec and SSL VPN, SD-WAN, MPLS and SASE connectivity configuration
• Implement and support Microsoft 365 (M365) networking and security components.
• Monitor and analyze network performance to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, policies, and procedures. Generate network performance reports, periodically.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on networking best practices.
• Perform network upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance network performance and security.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.
• Work with vendors and service providers to manage network-related projects and services.
• Sound hands on experience in Extreme Networks & Cisco platform is MUST
