Technical Program Manager - ERP

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing ERP projects, with a specific focus on Workday implementation and integration. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping the Product Team drive the delivery of our ERP solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle, including resourcing, design, unit testing, building review, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
• Translate client requirements into comprehensive deliverables and roadmaps for implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into feature specifications.
• Identify technical constraints, dependencies, and potential risks, proactively addressing them to ensure successful execution.
• Manage the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to our quality standards.
• Manage processes around quality assurance for our deliverables.
• Create and maintain of product documentation, including implementation guides, and process documentation.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, well-organized, and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate thorough testing and validation of our solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and adhere to best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to help derive potential solutions to deliver to clients.
• Identify gaps in our development lifecycle and propose improvements to ensure success.
