Job Title : Sales Associate
Key Responsibilities :
∙Identify and generate new / existing business opportunities through outbound calls,
emails, outreach, and other lead-generation strategies.
∙Use to post content, follow target ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), comment, and
engage with prospects to build brand presence and pipeline.
∙Qualify leads and convert them into active opportunities.
∙Conduct discovery calls to understand needs and schedule relevant meetings.
∙Handle all follow-up communication
∙Coordinate with internal teams to set up new clients and ensure a smooth onboarding
process
∙Prepare, review, and send outreach communication to garner leads.
∙Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
∙Nurture existing leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.
∙Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies and provide feedback from the
field
Requirements :
∙Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∙Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
∙Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
∙Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
∙Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software
∙Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
