The Primary Incharge is responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functioning of the primary section. This role involves curriculum implementation, teacher supervision, student discipline, and parent communication to ensure a nurturing and academically sound environment.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Academic Leadership :
- Ensure effective curriculum implementation as per the schools standards and educational board guidelines (CBSE)
- Monitor and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional delivery.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Administrative Duties :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the primary section including scheduling, time-tabling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth functioning and event execution.
- Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and teacher performance.
- Faculty Management :
- Guide and mentor primary school teachers.
- Organize professional development sessions and workshops.
- Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Student Development :
- Monitor student behavior and support positive discipline strategies.
- Encourage co-curricular and extracurricular participation.
- Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
- Parent Engagement :
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic and behavioral progress.
- Address concerns and foster a collaborative parent-school relationship
