Role : VMS Technology Integration Consultant / Specialist

Exp : 3 to 5 years

location : Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical workstream for VNDLY-Workday integration across India and Australia markets

Design and implement the technical integration architecture between VNDLY and Workday

Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the implementation lifecycle

Manage vendor communications and expectations related to the technical aspects of implementation

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business requirements are properly translated into technical solutions

Provide regular status updates and proactively escalate risks to the project team

Ensure proper testing, validation, and quality assurance of all integrations

Document technical processes, integration points, and system architecture

Required Qualifications

Proven experience implementing and integrating a Vendor Management System with Workday (Could be Fieldglass / Beeline or VNDLY)

Strong technical knowledge of API integrations, data flows, and system architecture

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively express technical concerns and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experience managing vendor relationships and communications throughout implementation projects

Ability to identify integration risks and proactively recommend solutions

Strong project management skills with attention to detail

Experience working in a global implementation environment
