Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SCCM Engineer (Level 2) with hands-on experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Third-Party Patch Management, and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing enterprise-wide system deployment, updates, compliance, and mobile device management solutions while ensuring system security and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support SCCM / MECM infrastructure including deployment, patching, software distribution, OS imaging, and reporting.
- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Intune configurations for mobile device and application management (MDM / MAM).
- Integrate and operate Third-Party Patch Management tools (e.g., Patch My PC, Ivanti, ManageEngine, etc.) with SCCM / Intune to ensure systems are up to date and secure.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for task automation, software installations, system reporting, and health checks.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance, compliance, and deployment status.
- Troubleshoot deployment and patching issues across various endpoints (Windows 10 / 11, Servers, etc.).
- Collaborate with Security and IT teams to ensure patch compliance and system hardening.
- Participate in change control, documentation, and knowledge sharing processes.
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 support for SCCM and Intune-related incidents and service requests.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3+ years of experience with SCCM / MECM administration and configuration.Proven experience in Microsoft Intune for mobile and modern desktop management.Good to have experience with Third-Party Patch Management tools and their integration with SCCM.Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.Good understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking basics.Familiarity with Windows Update for Business (WUfB) and co-management scenarios.Experience with device collections, task sequences, compliance settings, and role-based administration in SCCM.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
