Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a business development manager located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and developing growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include market research, networking, negotiating deals, and creating business development plans. The role also involves collaborating with teams to align business strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

→ Identify and finalize high-potential locations for new preschools and daycare centers.

→ Manage vendor and contractor relationships to deliver centers as per brand standards.

→ Execute structured launch plans that build strong admissions momentum.

→ Track centre performance and implement strategies for growth.

→ Mentor and support Centre Heads to achieve operational excellence.
