Required Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage borrowings through Commercial Paper (CP), Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD), or bank financing at competitive rates.
2. Track and manage the funds position across all entities, ensuring adequate liquidity and improving the overall risk profile.
3. Prepare financial forecasts and Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, including variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
4. Hedge foreign exchange exposure, manage accounting for Mark-to-Market (MTM) values, and ensure compliance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA).
5. Execute forex trading.
6. Develop and implement investment strategies for surplus funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and treasury mandates.
7. Monitor and manage relationships with banking partners and oversee corporate ratings.
8. Support compliance with regulatory requirements such as EDPMS and IDPMS, and drive automation initiatives within treasury processes.
9. Facilitate a smooth and timely month-end closing process.
10. Oversee the management of investments to optimize returns on surplus funds.
11. Arrangements for bank financing, including both fund-based and non-fund-based facilities.
