Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs.
- Utilize expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ to optimize business processes.
- Leverage AI technologies, including Agentforce, to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices and innovative solutions to maximize Salesforce ROI.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure client teams are proficient in using Salesforce products.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and releases, and provide recommendations for adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high system performance and reliability.
- Lead and manage Salesforce Merger and Acquisition projects, ensuring seamless integration and data migration.
- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly Agentforce, and their application within the Salesforce ecosystem.Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning development, specifically using Lightning Web Components (LWC).Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and optimizations.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Skills Required
