IBM Integration & MQ Support Engineer (AWS)

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 7 – 10 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide L2 / L3 support for IBM IIB and IBM ACE services hosted on AWS.
• Support and maintain IBM MQ infrastructure, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Lead or assist in IBM MQ migration to AWS EKS using Stateful Sets for high availability.
• Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Deploy and configure services across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and application teams to streamline deployment pipelines.
• Maintain detailed documentation for operational procedures, configurations, and migration steps.
