IBM Integration & MQ Support Engineer (AWS)

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 7 – 10 Years

Key Responsibilities :

Provide L2 / L3 support for

IBM IIB

and

IBM ACE

services hosted on

AWS .

Support and maintain

IBM MQ

infrastructure, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning.

Lead or assist in

IBM MQ migration to AWS EKS

using

Stateful Sets

for high availability.

Handle incidents, perform

root cause analysis , and implement fixes.

Deploy and configure services across

development, test, and production

environments.

Collaborate with

DevOps, cloud, and application teams

to streamline deployment pipelines.

Maintain detailed

documentation

for operational procedures, configurations, and migration steps.

Required Skills : IBM IIB

development & administration

IBM ACE

development & administration

IBM MQ

support & administration

Experience with

MQ migration to AWS EKS

using Stateful Sets

Basic knowledge of

DevOps practices

Basic understanding of

AWS Cloud services

Familiarity with

Kubernetes

and containerized deployments

Strong

troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration

skills
