Our client is leading fund management company with presence in India, UAE and Mauritius.

Are you a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in fund management, regulatory compliance, and risk oversight?

We’re looking for a Principal Officer to lead and manage key operational, regulatory, and governance functions. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong alignment with IFSCA regulations and best-in-class fund management practices.

Key Responsibilities Include :

✅ Overseeing operations, fund management, and risk management

✅ Ensuring adherence to IFSCA compliance and regulatory standards

✅ Acting as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities

✅ Driving governance, disclosure, and reporting policies

✅ Leading internal teams to uphold professional and ethical standards

Qualifications :

Postgraduate / professional degree (Finance, ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, CFA, FRM)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in fund / portfolio management, investment advisory, or related domains

Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and governance

Location : Gift City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat

️ Working Days : Monday to Friday (5 Days) (WFO)
