The Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated graphic designer to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching images, Videos and campaigns to increase our & Clients' user base.

Designs, creates, and produces visual concepts for presentations and printed materials. Collaborates with customers, product specialists, or communications staff to understand instructions and specifications and to organize the project accordingly.

Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities a graphic designer is expected to assume in their position :

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools

Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software

Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines

Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions

Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials

Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity

Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout

Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system

Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies.

Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

Desired Candidate Profile

Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

One or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro

Good communication and presentation skills

Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The ability to write reports and proposal

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Digital Marketing Experience a plus

Working Hours

Working hours are typically 10am to 7pm, putting in extra hours where approaching deadlines require them. You might be required to work longer days to prepare for social evenings and conferences, where you'll network with potential customers

Perks and Benefits

Starting salary would be around 1,20,000 to 1,80,000 per annum.

With experience your salary can rise to between 1,80,000 and 2,40,000.

At senior manager level, you can earn up to 2,40,000, or more.

You may also receive bonuses or commission based on your performance.
