This role is crucial for a professional with deep expertise in SAP CX modules , driving full-cycle implementations, and ensuring seamless B2B integration between SAP and third-party applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full-cycle implementations and configurations of SAP CX modules.
- Drive B2B integration projects between SAP and various third-party applications.
- Leverage expertise in SAP Service Cloud, FSM, and SAP S / 4HANA to optimize customer experience solutions.
- Collaborate with various IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
Skills
